Fort Kinnaird Retail Park - Edinburgh

Phased refurbishment of the biggest retail park in Scotland, with a view to transform it into a town centre by providing additional retail, leisure, catering, transport interchange, offices and civic facilities.

This phase comprised the refurbishment and re-branding of the north terrace of retail units and a new anchor unit to a well known food and fashion retailer.
