Nugent Retail Park - Orpington
New retail park in Orpington, comprising 250,000 sq ft of retail units, café pavilion and car parking.
The design allows for maximum flexibility in the division of the retail blocks to suit desired size of tenancy units. Maximum view lines are afforded from the main road for best exposure of the various tenancy brands. Modern material were used to provide a vibrant ambience.
Fort Kinnaird Retail Park - Edinburgh
Phased refurbishment of the biggest retail park in Scotland, with a view to transform it into a town centre by providing additional retail, leisure, catering, transport interchange, offices and civic facilities.
This phase comprised the refurbishment and re-branding of the north terrace of retail units and a new anchor unit for a well known food and fashion retailer.
