Meadowbrook Cottage - Hartfield
This project involved demolishing most of the existing building and re-building a four-bedroom, three reception cottage following the aesthetics and design of the other two buildings in this row of cottages. This house now comprises an open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen space, entrance Hall, Study, Utility Room, Larder, WC, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The net area gain was 170%.
